Echo Julep

2 oz Hibiki 12 Year Old
6 fresh mint leaves
1 tsp gum syrup
Crushed Ice
½ oz Yuzu juice

Fresh Mint Sprig for Garnish

Muddle mint leaves with gum syrup in a silver julep cup. Fill cup with crushed ice, add whisky and Yuzu Juice, and stir. Garnish with mint sprig and serve.
