Raspberry-Mint Punch

2 oz sugar
4 oz mint leaves
8 oz boiling water
10 oz frozen red raspberries
6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate
16 oz cold water

Combine first three ingredients; let stand 5 minutes. Add berries and concentrate; stir until thawed. Strain into chilled pitcher half full of ice; add cold water and stir. Garnish glasses with fresh mint. Serves 8.
