1 1/2 parts Beefeater 24
2 tablespoons of superfine sugar
1 1/2 parts fresh lemon juice
3 – 4 parts chilled Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut champagne

In a shaker, mix all ingredients over ice except champagne. Strain contents into flute, top with champagne and raspberry.
