2 oz rum
1 spoonful superfine sugar
1 teaspoon maraschino liqueur
juice of ½ lemon
Shake well with ice and serve frappe. This creation by Constantino Ribalaigua, the Cocktail King of Cuba, is also known as the Floridita Daiquiri.
