1 teaspoon Cointreau
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
juice of ½ lemon
cracked ice
orange peel
Shake in electric shaker. Serve frappe after squeezing in an orange peel. As made by Constantino Ribalaigua, the Cocktail King of Cuba.
