1937 Butterfly Cocktail

2 oz Pernot Absinthe
fill sweet water
cracked ice

Fill a 10 oz glass with cracked ice. Add Absinthe. Fill with water sweetened to taste (ask sweet or dry). Stir slowly with a spoon until well mixed. Similar to the Absinthe Frappe. As made by Constantino Ribalaigua, the Cocktail King of Cuba.
