1 oz sweet milk (dulce de leche)
1 oz crème de cacao
1 oz Gordon gin
½ oz Cointreau
½ teaspoon superfine sugar
ice

Combine in a mixing glass with ice. Shake well and strain. As made by Constantino Ribalaigua, the Cocktail King of Cuba.
