2 oz rum
mint leaves
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
lemon wedge
In an 8 oz glass add mint leaves and sugar. Squeeze several drops of lemon juice from wedge and muddle with a barspoon. Add rum and stir. Fill glass with crushed ice and serve with peppermint and two cherries. As made by Constantino Ribalaigua, the Cocktail King of Cuba.
