2 oz rum
½ teaspoon Curacao
½ teaspoon superfine sugar
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 unripe lemon peel
cracked ice
In a mixing glass filled with ice twist essence of lemon peel. Add all other ingredients and shake lightly. Strain and serve in 10 oz glass filled with cracked ice. As made by Constantino Ribalaigua, the Cocktail King of Cuba.
