Bloody Mary

2 oz vodka
3 oz tomato juice
dash Worcestershire sauce
dash Tabasco sauce
dash celery salt
stick celery
dash ground white pepper

Put four ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and add the vodka and tomato juice. Add the Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and celery salt. Shake well and strain into a highball glass. Serve decorated with a stick of celery. Finish with a light dusting of white pepper.
