Sangria Bianca

1 pineapple
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
100 ml limoncello
750 ml white dinner wine

Remove peel and slice flesh into pieces. Put these pieces into a large carafe and add sugar and limoncello. Stir and let the mixture rest in a cool place for about 2 hours. At this point add orange and lemon slices and pour in white wine. Stir and preserve in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
