Classic Mai Tai

1 1/4 oz light rum
1 oz Lilikoi Cocktail Mix
1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz orange juice
3/4 oz dark rum

In a tall glass with ice, pour light rum, Lilikoi mix, pineapple and orange juices. Top with dark rum as a float. Always serve with a pineapple and an umbrella.

The Mai Tai was invented in the 30’s in Waikiki. It should always have a float of dark rum and an umbrella, because the story is that you are sitting under an umbrella watching the sunset on Waikiki Beach.
