Fresh Sunrise

3 lemon wedges
1 tsp sugar
4 oz Alizé Bleu
fill sparkling wine

Put lemon wedges in a shaker with sugar and muddle (mush them together). Pour in Alizé Bleu, top with ice, and shake vigorously. Rim champagne flute with honey and sugar. Then strain mixture into glass and top with sparkling wine.
