Cubano Coffee

10 oz white rum
3 oz white cream de cacao
3 tsp sugar
10 oz black coffee
7 oz heavy cream

In a 2-quart pan heat rum, cream de cacao, sugar, and coffee until steaming. Pour into serving mugs leaving room on top for cream. Gently float the heavy cream on top and garnishing with chocolate shavings.
