2 oz milk chocolate syrup
1 1/2 oz spiced rum
1/2 oz dark créme de cacao
splash of heavy cream
chocolate heart
Combine all ingredients, except chocolate heart, in mixing glass. Add ice and shake well. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with chocolate heart.
