If the cucumbers are waxed, peel the skin. Cut cucumbers in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and discard. Cut remaining cucumber into 2-3 inch pieces. If you have a juicer, your cucumber is ready to go. If you don’t have a juicer, puree remaining cucumber in a food processor or blender. Cover a bowl with cheese cloth. Pour in puree. Gather the ends of the cheese cloth and squeeze out the juice into the bowl. Move juice to an air-tight container and refrigerate.
