Sweetened Ice Tea 1 ounce Green Chartreuse 1 ounce Bailey’s Irish Creme Pour Chartreuse and tea over cracked ice and stir. Pour Bailey’s over the top. Serve in a tall tea glass with sprig of mint.

2 oz Ultimat vodka 1/2 oz dry vermouth 1/2 oz Irish whiskey lemon twist for garnish Pour Irish whiskey into a chilled cocktail glass. Swirl to coat cup and drain. Combine vodka and dry vermouth in cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
