Choose Your Muse

This summer the little green fairy is going to get her butt whooped by another green charmer, the Midori muse.

Anyone who has experienced Absinthe’s “Midori Musegreen muse” first hand can tell you she is one tough so-and-so, a warming winter witch who’s enchantment is like a down comforter in a blizzard.

Midori’s Muse, though elegant and subtle, is no fragile flower.  During summer season her powers reign supreme like a cactus in the desert heat – succulent yet prickly.

And it is her gentle melon essence that has inspired a new collection of summer cocktails based on long-standing drink favorites.  Not only does it add a refreshing flavor of your cocktail but also enhances the whole presentation.
