With the success of Rand McNally's EasyFinder maps ProLam has created their own illustrated guide that uses the same EasyFold system to provide portable information for the at-home mixologist and professional bartender.
Cocktailz
and The Wine Butler are the first titles available. The Butler topics
include types of wine, the wine making process, history of wine, wine
regions of the world, how to read wine labels how to pick the right wine
and tips on storing and serving wine. Cocktailz lists over 100 mixed drinks
and shooters by primary liquor plus bartending tips, jokes and spirit
history.
The most impressive aspect of these guides is not solely the information provided but the overall packaging of the product. It can withstand spills, cannot be torn, has write on/wipe off capabilities and can be folded and slipped into a back pocket in seconds.
