Pinha Colada



A Brazillian-style Pina Colada with some new changes to balance the flavor. Perfect for the summer heat and easily made at home. This rendition doesn't require freezing pineapples as well, so have at it!



 12 oz Ice
 4 oz Diced Pineapple
 3 oz Rum (Replace with 1 tsp molasses for non-alcoholic version)
 2 oz Coconut Milk (Use coconut cream for an extra custardy result)
 1 ¼ tbsp Agave Nectar (Substitute with equal parts sugar)
 3 tsp Lemon Juice

Add each ingredient to a blender

Blend on high for 3-5 minutes until mixture takes a slushy-like consistency

Feel free to add extra pieces of diced pineapple!
