Hot Toddy’s

 

Ingredients

 3 Lemon Wedges
 2 Orange Wedges
 2 Star Anise
 3 Cloves
 ½ oz Ginger Shot
 ½ oz Honey
 1 Dry Hibiscus Flower
 ½ oz Rum (your rum of choice; can also be swapped for any other spirit)
 3 oz Hot Water

 

Directions

1

Muddle lemon, orange, hibiscus, ginger, and honey along with 3 oz of water into a french press

Let sit for 3 minutes, then push down

Add ½ oz of your rum of choice into a teacup or an Irish coffee mug

4

Pour french press mixture into teacup

5

Garnish with lemon and cinnamon
