Pina Colada



Perfect for the summer heat and easily made at home. This rendition doesn't require freezing pineapples as well, so have at it!



 12 oz Ice
 4 oz Diced Pineapple
 3 oz Rum (Replace with 1 tsp molasses for non-alcoholic version)
 2 oz Coconut Milk (Use coconut cream for an extra custardy result)
 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 1 ¼ tbsp Agave Nectar (Substitute with equal parts sugar)

Add each ingredient to a blender

Blend on high for 3-5 minutes until mixture takes a slushy-like consistency

Feel free to add extra pieces of diced pineapple!
