Ponche Crema

Ingredients

 ½ oz Evaporated Milk
 ½ oz Coconut Milk
 Half an Egg
 1-2 Fresh Vanilla Beans
 Sugar
 ¼ oz Condensed Milk
 Ron Barceló Añejo
 Cinnamon & Nutmeg

 

Directions

Put the evaporated milk, coconut milk, egg, vanilla beans, and sugar in a pot over medium heat

Constantly mix until it starts to lightly boil (2 minutes)

Take off heat, and let cool to room temperature

Mix in the condensed milk & Ron Barceló Añejo, then pour into a rocks glass

Add your desired amount of ice, and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and cinnamon
