Sage Advice

 

Ingredients

 1.50 oz Sage Infused Vodka
 ¾ oz Pumpkin Juice
 ½ oz Pumpkincello
 ¼ oz Lemon Juice
 3 Dashes Saline Solution

 

Directions

Build ingredients in a glass

Add crushed ice, and lightly stir

3

Garnish with an edible leaf, and serve

Peel the pumpkin and scoop out the stringy innards

Separate the innards from the seeds

Juice the pumpkin flesh and strain out any solids

Place the stringy innards and pulp from juicing into a large nonreactive container, and fill with everclear to cover

Seal the container and put in the fridge for one month

9

After resting for a month, strain the infused everclear and mix it with simple syrup in a 1:1 ratio
