The Mojito: one of the most famous highball cocktails out there. It's easy to make and perfect for beginner at-home bartenders. Give yourself a little taste of summer, even during the coldest, least eventful month of the year. That sounded slightly morbid, but you get the idea!
Ingredients
2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
5 Mint Leaves (torn)
1 ½ oz Ron Barceló Grand Anejo Golden Rum
1 tsp Granulated Sugar
Club Soda to Top Off (about 4 oz)
Directions

Add the lime juice, mint leaves, golden rum, and sugar to a shaker with ice

Shake for about 15 seconds, then pour into a highball glass

Top off with club soda, add an extra lime wedge or mint leaf, and enjoy
