Tomato Paloma

 

Ingredients

 2 oz Tomato Infused Tequila (recipe linked below)
 1 tsp Sugar
 2 oz Grapefruit Juice
 1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
 2 oz Club Soda
 1 Shishido Pepper (Charred, Whole, for Garnish)
 1 Stem of Fresh Mint for Garnish
 Kosher Salt (rim)

 

Directions

1

Pour kosher salt into a flat plate and rub the rim of a highball glass with a lime or grapefruit wedge and dip the rim in the salt

Combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, and sugar in glass

Stir until the sugar is dissolved, pour into salted glass, and add the tomato infused tequila

Add ice to your liking, top with club soda, then finally garnish with charred Shishidoand fresh mint
